Postponement of Te Runanganui o Ngati Hikairo Annual General Meeting for 2023
Kia ora whanau,
Unfortunately, due to some logistical issues regarding the Annual General Meeting for 2023, we are having to delay our meeting from Saturday 17 June 2023 to Saturday 22 July 2023.
I appreciate that this is a late change, however by moving the date to July we are able to ensure that the AGM can be held successfully.
Key new dates for the AGM are as follows:
- 12 June 2023 Documents for the AGM Published on the website
- 3 July 2023 Accounts Published for 2022/23 Financial Year
- 7 July 2023 Nomination and Proxy Forms due to the Secretary
I apologise for the postponement, and hope whanau will be able to make the new date, and as with the previous arrangement, the Marae is booked from Friday 21 July 2023 for those whanau who wish to stay the night before the AGM.
