As whanau will recall, the Executive Committee decided that it would change the Annual General Meeting for 2022 from a virtual only hui to include a face-to-face hui. The AGM date was also changed to allow for the organising of a venue, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

To remind whānau the revised published meeting dates and times are:

Date:                    Saturday 16 July 2022:

Time:                    9:30 am to 4:30 pm. 

The meeting will start at 10am but both the virtual and face to face meeting venues will be open from 9:30am.

Face to Face AGM Hui Details

The Executive Committee has arranged for the following venue for the AGM face to face hui as follows:

Venue:                 Aberdeen School Hall

                              Aberdeen School

                              Aberdeen Road, Dinsdale

                              Hamilton.

Car parking is available from 930 am.

COVID is still very much in our communities, we would prefer if you attended the hui in person that you are double vaccinated with a booster.  If you have a cold, flu or COVID symptoms, please stay home and look after yourself.    We ask those whanau attending the face-to-face hui that we all consider our whanau health and wellbeing before attending in person.   You can still attend the meeting via zoom.

Registration

Please remember to register if you have not done so already, and if you wish to submit a proxy, or stand for the Committee or any of the officers’ roles, you need to have your documentation to the Secretary by 5:00pm on the 8 July 2022. Please refer to the AGM documents link above, and you will find the documents to use.
