Just a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Runanganui will be at:
Saturday 29 September 2023
Registration 9.00 am
Hui Starts at 10.00 am
Waipapa Marae, Kawhia
Whanau can arrive from 5.00 pm on Friday 29 September 2023 if they wish to stay the night before the AGM Hui on Saturday.
There will be a light dinner on Friday Night and Breakfast on Saturday morning for those who choose to stay overnight.
For those staying the night, please remember to bring sheets, blankets and a pillow with you.
Flag Raising will be at 7.00 am and breakfast shortly thereafter.
So that we can cater for numbers, can whanau advise if they are wanting to stay overnight or are just wanting to come for the Hui on Saturday.
